Refund Policy

At Colourful Children, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We aim to hold a flexible and fair refund process while honouring the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session and workshop.

1. Cancellations by You

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. You can do this via email or through your booking confirmation.

Refund Eligibility:

  • 48 hours or more notice: You may request a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows: We are unable to offer a refund due to the short notice, as your space has been held and prepared for.

 
2. Cancellations by Us

If we ever need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, or low enrolment), you will be given the option of:

  • A full refund

  • Rescheduling to a new date

  • A credit toward a future session or workshop

We will always aim to notify you as early as possible and offer alternatives that feel good to you.

3. Workshop Refunds

Because our creative art workshops often have limited spaces and require preparation, the following applies:

  • Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the workshop starts.

  • After that, no refunds can be issued unless in exceptional circumstances (please contact us).

If you’re unable to attend, you may be able to transfer your place to a friend – just let us know in advance.

4. Digital Offerings or Gift Vouchers (if applicable)
  • No refunds are available for digital downloads, once accessed.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable but transferable to another person or service of equal value.

5. How to Request a Refund
