The demanding nature of our obiligations and caring nature, our job often leads to stress and burnout, impacting our overall well-being. When we are stressed and tired, we are not in a great position to assist, guide and support wellbeing of our future generations. Recognising this, there is a growing need for innovative solutions to support teacher sand carers wellness, such as art therapy.

Art therapy has been shown to be a powerful tool in reducing stress, improving mental health, and promoting self-care. By incorporating art therapy into their practice, teachers can find a creative outlet to express their emotions, relax their minds, and foster a sense of balance in their lives.
Often, with the caring nature, we know so much more about those who we care and guide for, and forget ourselves. Let's start putting ourselves first, not to be selfish or ignoring the needs of others, but when when we put ourselves first, we have more energy to attend to, we can be more present, so that love come from authentic place.
